The Grillbot is hands down one of the best inventions. You turn it on and forget about it. It cleans so very well. The bristles are easy to detach and throw in the dishwasher. My husband said this is one of the best gifts he has ever received. Going now to buy two more for Christmas presents.

The return was easy
My husband loves the Grillbot. He has a smoker and usually has something cooking for several hours. The mess left on the grill really is a chore to clean after cooking for so long. However, the Grillbot makes short work of cleaning the grill. I recommend the grillbot to anyone who uses a grill.
Didn’t like how it banged around in the grill and it wasn’t we thought it would work.
New robot is working great. I still might replace the motors on the old one.

Need to fix the clips on the holder . Don’t unlock or lock easily
Haven’t need free returns or package protection. That seems like an odd peripheral issue to be the focus of your survey. I have a 32” Paradise Grill with stainless grates. The nylon brushes only do a fair job of getting the food off. I purchased the extra brush set but would have preferred to be able to select my own combinations. I will try the brass brushes next but I don’t have high expectations for them. I do expect the stainless brushes to do a thorough job. It seems to me that you should develop a tool to clean between the grates. I bought a contoured stainless brush from Home Depot for that. It may have been made by Weber but the contour does not fit the spacing of my flat grates.

it did the trick, I got a son that when he wants something he just buy it so christmas presents are hard to get for him but he saw the grill cleaner he never thought of it and he barbeque all the time and he loves it .

Grillbot, was very helpful in replacing the item box. Normally if the item isn’t damaged I really don’t care about the condition of the box, however I’m donating to a company for a fund raiser. Christmas time is a busy time for companies and I asked if they could ship the box after they settled down, they said they make that happen. No follow up emails and the box was sent to me at a later date. Now that’s costumer satisfaction for sure 👍! Thank you Kelly and all involved!

I got this for my husband for Christmas. We grilled steaks and could hardly wait for the grill to cool so we could try it out. We were doubtful, but crossed our fingers. The grill looks brand new! Literally not a speck or spot was left. Can’t wait to try it out on something a little “messier”! Thank you!
