From Prep to Plate in 4 Simple Steps

Step 1: Prep and Chop
Season, slice, and prep your meat and veggies directly on the RAW side. The cutting board surface handles knife work without scratching, and the deep juice well underneath catches marinade and raw runoff so nothing drips on your counter.

Step 2: Flip
Use the built-in Lift and Flip Tab to turn the tray over in one motion. The RAW side is now face down. The clean, clearly labeled COOKED side is ready to receive food straight off the grill. No second plate, no rinse, no guesswork.

I recently purchased the flip tray and I LOVE IT!! I use it to prep meat, carry it out to my various grills/smokers, flip it over, and carry in the cooked meat on the other side. The occasions I've used it, I have carried in a significant amount of cooked food. So it has great capacity. It looks and feels impressive. It's one of those classic "I-didn't-know-I needed-this-until-I-had-it" pieces.

We were very disappointed that the grillbot (even with the brass brushes on it) did not clean the grate even close to thoroughly after cooking just plain meat on it twice. The used set was entirely rejected even though we put the eligible pieces through the dishwasher and ensured that the bot was likewise as clean and two of the items were also unopened when we filed the initial request. In the end I am only getting back a quarter of what was spent ($98) and this company keeps the rest.

Just place your raw meat on the raw side, cook the meat and vegetables, flip the tray to cook side, and your done. Good tasting food and no contamination. The tray comes with all the utensils you need, and the tray has a place for each utensil. No extra hands or friends to help you set up, now you can do it all yourself.
