30 Day Return Policy

All returned merchandise must be new and unused and include all original packaging and accessories.

1 year or 3 year manufacturers defect on parts & labor is available.

Please contact customer service for an RMA # (Return Authorization Number) before returning any items.

NOT COVERED:

Misuse due to direct contact with fire, water damage or falls off grill due to not closing lid. Use on any surface other then a barbecue grill.

WARNINGS:

Close lid
No direct fire or flames
No hot charcoals
Keep loose clothing, jewelry, long hair away from brushes
Not responsible for scratches/damage to grill or grill grates
This is not a toy, adult supervision recommended. Keep away from small children and pets.
GRILLBOT is weather resistant but not weatherproof. It is recommended to keep GRILLBOT indoors or on grill with lid closed. GRILLBOT, LLC is not responsible for moisture or other related damages.

Although brushes are dishwasher safe, GRILLBOT is not. To clean, remove brushes, wipe Grillbot with damp (not wet) water or degreaser.

Brushes are strong enough for 100 cleanings. However, we recommend you inspect brushes and grill surface regularly for loose bristles and replace as needed.
