Grill cleaner does "OK", I still have to get the char between the grates to have a completely clean grill great. The email you sent on the care for the grillbot was great. You should include a good hard copy with the purchase of the grill. Great for long term reference.

My GrillBot came with nylon brushes and I was using it on stainless steel grill. I was not pleased with how it was cleaned and then I went to the website and saw where brass brushes are recommended for stainless steel. It is great now!

Grill looks great! Finally got the bad leg of my old grillbot fixed. The old brush wouldn’t stay on. It cleans even better with all 3 brushes working. (Yup, the little guy was cleaning all this time with only 2 of 3 legs!)
