The devise wouldn't charge with the battery that was sent with it. Tried repeatedly to reach customer service with no response. I went ahead and spent the $40 for a new battery and now it works! The company should have provided battery. Awful customer service. Decent product
Worked well
The parts came quickly. I was able to replace the rusty motors quickly. It would be nice if the battery came with the double sided tape as on the original. I ended up using some tape I had on hand. Also, I'd like to see the rubber bumpers offered as replacement parts. Thanks!
My Grillbot was not working with the original battery. This replacement got it back to working as it should.

The battery is fine. It brought mulu grillbot back to life. Im dockingnstats bevause if storing the unit at half charge is required, then the device needs a battery gauge that actually shows the state of charge. Its a real disappointment that it doesn’t, so i guess i expect to buy a new battery every season now.

The new battery is fine. I hope it lasts longer then the original. What i take issue with is the exorbitant shipping cost ($19.00!) which doubles the cost for an item the size of a bic lighter? When I can order a recliner from Wayfair with FREE SHIPPING or anything from Amazon makes you guys look like crooks.
after a year, the Grillbot I bought would not hold a charge anymore so I ordered a new battery and thankfully it is working perfectly once again.
Unfortunately I was delivered a grillbot that worked 2 times and then would not charge anymore. After contacting your customer service they said to unplug the battery and plug it back in but that didn't work, I then noticed that the battery in the Grillbot was actually expired. I bought a new one online from Amazon and the Grillbot works fine now. I should not have had to pay for a new battery.

Battery worked great. A little disappointed that the original battery is less that a year old and I had to get a new one even when my wife purchased the certificate with the grillbot!
I have no problems with new battery. My’ original battery lasted only 3 months and I only recharged it like twice. Doesn’t seem right . Also the screw to open the top and get to the battery is too cheap, mine stripped. I do like the grillbot overall

I purchased a grill bot for my son at Christmas time and we did not open the package to use it until June just recently because it’s the summer month and the month to start grilling while the girl bought didn’t work so I contacted your company and I was told you couldn’t do anything for me because it was over 60 days And I explained my situation and how we didn’t open it until now and you guys were generous enough to send me a new battery free of charge and that’s all it took and the grill bot works perfectly thank you very much and you will definitely have a returning customer.
I bought this for my brother who has a bad back. I’ve been watching him clean his grill all the time and I can see how badly it hurt him to do it and when I saw this advertised on television, I decided this was for him. He absolutely loves it. He couldn’t be happier.

The battery replacement that you sent me charged without issue and the unit worked as described in the instructions. My one complaint is the difficulty of removal and especially reassembly of the cover under which the battery resides.
