Our latest USB Charger works with all old and new model Grillbots. You will need to provide your own wall prong adaptor!
Your GRILLBOT comes with a charger. In the event you lose it or need a SPARE one, you can order a replacement.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery times:
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, France, the United Kingdom, and Germany. For anywhere else, reach out through the Contact Us form.
Duties and import taxes are calculated and charged at checkout for international orders.
Accessories are returnable within 30 days if unopened and unused. Refunds are issued for confirmed manufacturer defects.
To report a defect, contact support within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photo or video proof. If approved, we will issue a refund or replacement.
Not covered: regular wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse, and cosmetic blemishes that do not affect function.

Love the way it cleans Only problem I had is after using the USB charger twice, the cable frayed and it no longer worked. I had to order a replacement part. I did not think I should have been financial responsibility for a part that was used only twice

Works great, charged my Grillbot fast. You can store the cable with the Grillbot in its case, which you could not do that with the charging cable that was with the package, which is why it was misplaced. Great purchase. Have not been able to use my Grillbot in a long time.

Received a Grillbot thru Amazon and charging cord was missing. Sent an email to company and within a few days....new charger. Great customer service! And the Grillbot is amazing. It makes grill cleaning a breeze.
We (not me) lost the original charger cord. The cord arrived quickly and worked as expected. I do wish that the Grillbot used a more common cable like USB type C, Micro USB, Mini USB or something similar. After all like most folks now days we have a drawer full of those cables. Also, if the replacement cable was about a foot longer, I could use it with the grillbot in my outdoor kitchen.
The unit does a great job of cleaning the grill.
