Every part broke
They were stuck onto the grillbot and broke while taking them off. They needed to be replaced

I purchased a new Grillbot which came with nylon replacement brushes, and I’ve been reaching out to bot various email addresses that come back to me as undeliverable even though they’re on their website I’m asking them to return the nylon brushes and the extenders which not needed with a new Grillbot

1st time user, so far it works great. It does tend to get hung up on the upper rack with the lid closed. Grill is definitely cleaned. Looking forward to trying it again.
I purchased extra brushes for the Grillbot, just in case the original ones wear out, so all my son-in-law has to do is change them to the extra ones. It is a Christmas gift for my son-in-law out in Colorado.
Have not used the Grillbot much as I have been vacationing. Hope to crank up the grill soon and use the unit. Thus far have only used a few times, but does a good job of cleaning the grates.
