Accessories are returnable within 30 days if unopened and unused. Refunds are issued for confirmed manufacturer defects.
To report a defect, contact support within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photo or video proof. If approved, we will issue a refund or replacement.
Not covered: regular wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse, and cosmetic blemishes that do not affect function.

I have a large grill and the grates are made out of 3/8” stainless steel. Our grill is used 2 to 3 times a week. I have used my Grillbot regularly for 10 months without fail. So I wasn’t surprised when a motor went out with all the bouncing around on the large grill. When l notified the company I had a new motor delivered under warranty in about a week without charge. With their instructions it took about 10 minutes and we were up and running. It’s good to have a very clean grill grate! Richard B.

Motor fit perfectly, but the screw hole on the shaft that mounts the brush arm was smaller than the one I replaced. So, had to open both motors and swap the shaft. I requested replacement shaft screws since I have another 2 motors that I may be installing and still waiting to receive them. Anthony

The instructions for the motor replacement are not as clear as they could be. You need to define "cover" better. I removed what I thought was the cover only to discover there were not motors under it.

After a while I was able to replace both the motor and the battery. Should make a you tube video on how to change the motor Didn't realize that there is a C clamp holding the spindel.

Easy replacement of old motor and right back in business!
Very easy to replace the dead motor; remove the hex bolts holding the red top on to the Grillbot, then just remove the two small phillips screws, pull the plug and remove the old motor. The new one fits right in, replace the screws, plug in the wire, and restore the red top. Works great!! Thanks.
The replacement motor was relatively easy to install. (Wonder why the original failed after only 10 uses, nit times out on warranty?)
