My wife got me a Grillbot for Fathers Day a couple of years ago. Great product, 1st time I used i was skeptical, but done a great job,easy to use,very handy to have. A breeze to charge! Best of all easy to clean-up for the next use!!
Two of my brush holders on my Grillbot broke off where they were clipped to the little steel shafts. I contacted Grillbot and they sent me new replacement parts. The install was very quick and easy. My Grillbot works like new again.
I really like the stainless steel brushes . In my pellet grill I take the bottom grate off and let the grill bot clean the heat shield also.
It was an easy fix. Since they only come I. A three pack I’m guessing another one may bake. If it does at least i can fix it quickly
I'm surprised thar I had to replace the grill brush adapters after only a year of use. Maybe there should be a metal sleve in the adapters so they won't break so easily. Better yet, maybe the entire part should be made out of metal.
Everything was simple to install and works great again.
Love the grillbot, wish I had thought of it, taking the robot vacuum concept and apply it to grill cleaning... Genius!
