If you own a grill with stainless steel or porcelain-coated grates, we recommend you stick with the brass brushes for the best results.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery times:
- United States and Canada: 3 to 7 business days
- International: 7 to 14 business days
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, France, the United Kingdom, and Germany. For anywhere else, reach out through the Contact Us form.
Duties and import taxes are calculated and charged at checkout for international orders.
Returns and Warranty
Accessories are returnable within 30 days if unopened and unused. Refunds are issued for confirmed manufacturer defects.
To report a defect, contact support within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photo or video proof. If approved, we will issue a refund or replacement.
Not covered: regular wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse, and cosmetic blemishes that do not affect function.
