Accessories are returnable within 30 days if unopened and unused. Refunds are issued for confirmed manufacturer defects.
To report a defect, contact support within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photo or video proof. If approved, we will issue a refund or replacement.
Not covered: regular wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse, and cosmetic blemishes that do not affect function.
We have used our grill bot one time, and it did a fantastic job! It far exceeded our expectations. I canβt wait to use it again. My only negative, and why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is the difficulty removing the brushes for cleaning. It took me 20 minutes and hurt fingers trying to remove 2 of the 3 brushes. I had to research online to figure out how to get them off. In my research, I found this to be a normal problem because the button is initially tight. That should be fixed before someone hurts themselves or the grillbot trying to remove the brushes. This problem would not dissuade me from purchasing again because it did such a good job cleaning the grill.
This is a Christmas present for my future son-in-law. I bought my husband one last year and we absolutely love it so Iβm sure heβs going to absolutely love his thank you so much.
It made alot of noise and wouldn't stay on the grill. I closed the lid for 20 minutes and still had to clean the grill. I am disappointed on my first try. Maybe there's a setting or something that I missed.
It cleaned up our grill just great. When cleaning the brushes. One was very difficult to get off. The brushes cleaned easily. My husband likes it alot.
