INGREDIENTS
Burgers:
- Ground beef
- Cheese slices
- Brioche buns
- Pickles
- White onion
- Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- Penzy's Chicago Steaking Seasoning
Sauce:
- 3/4 cup of mayo
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 tbsp pickle juice
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
- Thinly slice onions.
- Mix ground beef with Lawry’s & Chicago Steak Seasoning.
- Form into 5 oz burger balls & lightly flatten.
- Grill patties.
- Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- When burgers are 3/4 cooked, top with onions & cheese.
- Toast brioche buns on the grill.
- Assemble burgers with sauce, patties, and extra pickles.
- Enjoy while your Grillbot handles cleanup.
