How To Make the Anti-Smash Burger

You've been making burgers wrong. Not because of the seasoning or bun, but how you cook the patty. After trying the Anti-Smash Burger, you'll never have another flimsy Smash Burger again.

INGREDIENTS

Burgers:
  • Ground beef
  • Cheese slices
  • Brioche buns
  • Pickles
  • White onion
  • Lawry's Seasoned Salt
  • Penzy's Chicago Steaking Seasoning
Sauce:
  • 3/4 cup of mayo
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Thinly slice onions.
  2. Mix ground beef with Lawry’s & Chicago Steak Seasoning.
  3. Form into 5 oz burger balls & lightly flatten.
  4. Grill patties.
  5. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  6. When burgers are 3/4 cooked, top with onions & cheese.
  7. Toast brioche buns on the grill.
  8. Assemble burgers with sauce, patties, and extra pickles.
  9. Enjoy while your Grillbot handles cleanup.
