Incredibly Tasty Grilled Desserts

Grilling isn’t an activity that’s limited to making delicious meats. While whipping up a great piece of steak or fish on the grill can be really nice, you may be in the mood for something sweet. If you want to use your grill to create a great dessert, there are actually a lot of options you can go with. To help you get inspired, we’ve put together a list of our favorite grilled desserts:

Grilled Lemon Pound Cake

A big part of why pound cake has remained a popular dessert for hundreds of years is it’s very versatile. If you want to try out this sweet on the grill, lemon pound cake is the perfect option to go with. In terms of how long to grill, it should only take a few minutes to get the cake to the point of being toasty and crisp. This dessert is especially good when it’s topped with grilled peaches and whipped cream.

Grilled Banana Split

While kids love banana splits, this isn’t a dessert that adults should be excluded from enjoying. In fact, it’s not hard to put a sophisticated twist on this classic treat. As with any type of grilled fruit, it’s very easy to use a grill to get great flavor from bananas. Our recommendation is to marinate them in rum and coat them in sugar prior to giving them heat. Once the bananas are complete, pair them with delicious coffee ice cream. Finish off this excellent banana split by pouring on an ample serving of mocha sauce and nuts.

Grilled Nectarines with Gingersnaps

Need to make a great dessert for a group of people that are coming over? Or want to put together a dessert that’s easy to take on the go? Grilled nectarines definitely fit the bill for either of those requirements. You’ll find that this treat is especially delicious when it’s completed with crushed gingersnaps. And don’t forget to add a scoop of vanilla yogurt or ice cream to this delicious pairing.

Focus on Grilling, Not Cleaning Up

Whether you’re doing a full meal or just want to grill up a delicious dessert, making food and then enjoying it is a ton of fun. What’s not so enjoyable is cleaning up a dirty grill. If you can think of more than one occasion when you were hesitant to grill or skipped it altogether because you didn’t want to deal with cleaning up, you’ll be excited to learn that there’s a way to take care of grill cleaning without any additional work. O was wondering if I cud stoop low enuff to spend $35 for 1 of these gadgets for lazy people. Cuz of course u can clean a grill just as well with a $3.19 brush & a lil elbow grease for 2 mins. But $130!!! That’s insane. Good luck. Ur POWWRBALL Clientelle is gonna need it
